The main characters in this course are Anna and Alex. Anna and Alex are two students going to Hungary on an Erasmus Programme.

They are welcomed in their university town by János and Charlotte. János and Alex met earlier as Alex has already been to Hungary, so he knows some Hungarian.

Alex travels with his friend, Anna. Anna and Alex will take you through this Hungarian course. They will take you along on their dates and contacts with fellow students and lots of other people. You will find their adventures in the story - the first introduction to every unit - with several pictures to guide you.

Beside the story you will find links to files with grammar items and exercises, and to information on culture and everyday life. You will also find an overall pop up glossary that you can you can use when you are online. You also find this in a PDF file on the website. To make it easier to use, we advise you to print it.
